Practiced daily by millions of people, Taiji (also spelt T’ai Chi) is an excellent form of mind/body fitness for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Taiji training promotes improved posture, balance and coordination, reduces mental/emotional stress and physical tension, increases agility, improves circulation, enhances awareness and increases concentration, perception and memory. Learn the basics of Taiji, breathing exercises (Qigong) and the beginning of the “Chen 18 Form.” Wear comfortable clothing and shoes/sneakers.
